General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Contract subject:
These general conditions regulate the terms and conditions for the sale of stays at Marnik Luxury B&B. The reservation of a stay implies the unconditional acceptance of these conditions by the customer.

2. Prices and payment methods:
The indicated prices include VAT and all services specified in the offer. Payment may be requested at the time of booking, depending on the selected tariff conditions. Rates may vary based on availability and seasonality. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other method agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation policy:
The cancellation of the booking will be subject to the penalties provided by the selected tariff conditions. In the case of no-shows or late cancellations, a penalty of up to 100% of the total stay amount will be charged. Travel insurance is recommended.

4. Reservation modification:
Any changes to the booking must be communicated promptly and will be subject to the availability of the facility and the application of the current tariff conditions.

5. Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. Any requests for late check-out must be agreed in advance and may incur additional charges.

6. Liability of the facility:
Marnik Luxury B&B is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items within the facility. It is the customer’s responsibility to safeguard their personal belongings.

7. Privacy and data protection:
Personal data provided by customers will be processed in accordance with the current regulations on personal data protection. Such data will be used exclusively for managing the booking and the requested services.

8. Dispute resolution:
In the case of disputes relating to the stay, the competent court will be Lecce.
